All sales on dhuha.ae are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances. This strict policy helps us maintain inventory accuracy and keep costs low for our customers.

To ensure complete satisfaction before committing to a full-size purchase, we offer a 10 g DHUHA Shilajit tester at a nominal price. This allows you to:

  • Experience Benefits firsthand without the risk of buying a larger jar. If you’re satisfied with your tester, you can confidently order the 50 g regular jar.

5. Exceptions for Defective Products | ٥. استثناءات للمنتجات المعيبة

If your tester or full-size jar arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs and order details. We will, at our discretion, offer a replacement product but not a monetary refund.
